3. Customisation & Proofing

  • Personalised items are customised as per the details provided by you.

  • Once a design has been approved, any changes may be subject to additional charges.

  • We are not responsible for errors in spelling, logos, or artwork submitted by the customer.

4. Production & Lead Times

  • Production times vary based on order size and complexity. Generally, small orders are processed within 3-5 working days.

  • For urgent requests, please contact us before placing an order, and we will do our best to accommodate your timeline.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped via Royal Mail or courier services.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided but are not guaranteed.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.

  • Please ensure all details, including sizing and artwork, are correct before placing your order.

  • If an item is faulty or damaged on arrival, you must notify us within 3 working days.

  • Returned items must be in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

  • If a returned item is found not to be faulty, return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

  • All logos, designs, and artwork provided by Custom Workwear remain our intellectual property.

  • You confirm that any design or logo you provide for customisation does not infringe on any third-party rights.

  • Our liability is strictly limited to the cost of the purchased goods.
