How Long Will My Order Take To Arrive?
All our products are custom-made to order to ensure the highest quality. Lead times can vary depending on order size and complexity, but most small orders are processed within 3–5 working days.
We always strive to provide an accurate delivery estimate for every order. Once your order is ready for dispatch, we will arrange a suitable carrier and send your tracking details via email.

Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Custom Workwear. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to return an item.
Personalised Items
As all personalised items are made to order, we cannot accept returns unless the item is faulty. Please double-check all details before placing your order, including sizing, images, and any text for personalisation. Once your design is approved, any changes may incur an additional charge.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please notify us within 3 working days. Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
Once we have verified the fault, we will issue a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method, including reasonable return postage costs.
All returned items are tested—if no fault is found, we will return the item to you, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
